On March 13th, our Forum distributed an Opinion titled "Term of directors should be one year with reappointment every year” which included a reference document listing companies that have proposed various forms of amendments to their AoI intended to undermine the revised commercial code. As the number of companies disclosing amendments to their AoI that raise concerns about infringing on the investor protection continues to grow, we are distributing an updated document that summarizes the most recent information.
